Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at different points of sale, the most common and the ones we recommend are:

  • On the website of San Miguel Tarraco Arena online.
  • At the Tarraco Arena box office 2 hours before the event.
  • At the official point of sale of the Parc Central shopping center located at the Information Point.

How can I get my tickets without having to travel?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website and printed. www.tarracoarena.com and print them.

If I bought the tickets and I can't attend the day of the event, can I get my money back?

According to our sales policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How much are the tickets worth?

The cost of the tickets may vary depending on the event, for more information check our website www.tarracoarena.com

Can I enter earlier if I pay a bonus?

In the case of providing this option will depend on the organization of the event, it can also be done with the membership card /App.

If I bought the tickets online, do I have to wait in line?

Yes, it is necessary to verify the authenticity of the tickets by performing a ticket check.

Can I change seats during the show?

No, seat changes cannot be made unless the seats are not numbered and space is available.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, paying only at physical points of sale, Parc Central and at the box office at the venue, available 2 hours before each event.

What happens if a concert is cancelled?

San Miguel Tarraco Arena has no control over the suspension or cancellation of the events, whose responsibility lies directly with the organizer/promoter, so any claim about the cancellation of the contracted event must be addressed to the organizer/promoter with the presentation of the ticket.

How will I know if the concert has been cancelled or postponed?

All the information provided by the organizer/promoter is included in the show's file. If you do not find what you need, we recommend you to search in "www.tarracoarena.com" or contact info@tarracoarena.com.

Is it necessary to bring the printed ticket or showing it from the cell phone is enough?

It is not necessary, the cell phone is enough.

Is it possible to modify the entries after the payment has been made?

In the case of a mistake in the purchase or not being able to attend the show, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel or change your tickets due to company policies.

If I buy the ticket from someone else, is it valid or do I have to notify beforehand?

Tickets are not nominative.

What can I do if I have not received my tickets yet?

Are tickets available for people with reduced mobility?

To purchase tickets with preference and/or reduced rate, please contact the official ticketing system, in the case of having availability of this category of tickets, the steps to follow will be provided.

Minors

Are newborns allowed?

Can a minor be accompanied by an adult other than a legal guardian?

No, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Download authorization.

Can a minor purchase tickets?

To purchase tickets online it is necessary to make the payment by credit card, so it is recommended that an adult makes it, for the physical purchase must be under the consent and responsibility of an adult.

If I go with a small child, does he/she have to pay an entrance fee?

Children up to 2 years of age may enter without a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a ticket is required. Please consult general conditions depending on the event.

If the show has already started, can I enter?

If the event has started we cannot assure that it will be accessible, it would depend on each organizer/promoter and show.

Can food and beverages be brought inside the premises?

Access to the site with food or drink from outside is prohibited. However, if any event is allowed, you can check it on our website "www.tarracoarena.com".

Is it possible to enter and leave the venue during a concert?

Municipal regulations do not allow re-entry during a concert, in order to avoid misunderstandings and inconvenience to neighbors as much as possible.

What time do the doors open to enter?

The opening of doors is determined depending on the event, for more information you can check the opening in the description of each event, or from the App in the Tickets section.

How far in advance can I get access?

It depends on the event and the established schedule.

How much time in advance is it advisable to attend before the start of the event?

It is recommended to attend at least 1 hour in advance.

What are the ticket office hours?

The ticket offices open 2 hours before the event. But you have the possibility to buy them at the official point of sale located at the Information Point of the Parc Central shopping center.

In Tarragona, between c/ Mallorca, c/ Ibiza and c/ Jaume I.

What different types of events do you organize?

Corporate events, congresses, gala and thematic dinners, shows, fairs, exhibitions, concerts, product presentations, sporting events, among others. Access our archive or section of typologies to see all the events we have organized.

What is the maximum capacity?

The maximum capacity is 10,800 pax.

How many m² does it have?

The central square has 2,500 m², and the exterior areas have more than 5,000 m².

What is the diameter of the central square?

The central square is 55 meters in diameter.

How many seats are in the bleacher area?

In the grandstand area we have a seating capacity of 4,974.

How many emergency doors are there?

We have 31 emergency doors with signposted exits to the outside and strategically distributed throughout the premises in case of emergency.

Are elevators available?

Yes, San Miguel Tarraco Arena has an elevator and a freight elevator.

Can the space be adapted for medium and small format events?

Yes, we offer different solutions to divide the space according to demand. For more information you can access the MICE section or in our archive of corporate events to see the formats that have been realized.

Where is the main entrance?

The classic main entrance is at the Torreón, but depending on the event the entrances of c/Mallorca and c/Jaume I are enabled.

Do you have a bar / restaurant?

Yes, San Miguel Tarraco Arena has a restaurant service located in the bar with a varied and high quality offer.

Does the dome open during concerts?

During the concerts, the dome remains closed to allow the neighbors to rest.

Where is the best place to enjoy the acoustics of a concert?

The quality of the acoustics will depend on each concert and sound equipment.

What are the seats like?

The seats are made of reinforced plastic and feature a distinctive color design to promote the TV look. See here an image.

Where are the toilets?

Toilets are located on the first floor.

Security

Is security available throughout the event?

Yes, the event is monitored at all times by the security team.

Where can I reach security personnel if I need them?

At the entrances and throughout the interior depending on the type of event.

Lockers

Where are the ticket offices located and what are their opening hours?

On the day of the concert, the San Miguel Tarraco Arena box office is open at c/ Mallorca on the corner of c/ Jaume I, normally 2 hours before the start of the event.

On all other days, the ticket offices are located at the Parc Central Information Point on Floor 0 during the mall's regular opening hours.

Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes, the physical sale of tickets at San Miguel Tarraco Arena will take place 2 hours before the event, and they can also be purchased physically at the Information Point of the Parc Central on Floor 0 during the usual opening hours of the mall.

How can I register?

When you download the App you will find a home page that will ask you to enter your phone number to create your account, then just follow the steps and enjoy our application.

How long does it take to register me?

For account verification there is a 48h period.

How long does it take for my membership number to become active in order to purchase promotional tickets?

Once the account has been successfully registered and verified, the various discounts will be available on the App usually the next business day.

What is my membership number?

The membership number is the telephone number used for registration, you can find it in the Socis > Carnet section.

How do I update my data?

To update the data it is necessary to enter the App > Menu (top right icon) > Settings > Person's data > Modify the required data > Save

What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

Our application works by verification codes via SMS, so there is no need to create a password.

Who should I contact if I cannot access my account?

How can I buy drinks/food and avoid cola?

You can buy food and beverages through our App by selecting the cup icon > select the product you want > Go to cart > Select payment method > Checkout.

If I have paid for food/drink, do I have to wait in line?

By booking from the application you avoid the initial queue but then you have to queue to pick up the order.

Where do I have to go if I have paid for food/drink?

To collect food/drink, please go to the corresponding marked points, located at different points depending on the event.

How far in advance can I order food/drink before the event?

It is recommended 1 day in advance, to avoid confusion or possible mishaps.

How does the parking work from the App?

By clicking on the parking icon you can search for the closest to your location and make a reservation with the Telpark platform.

If I have a problem with the parking who is responsible?

If you have any questions, please contact Telpark technical service.

If I reserve parking, how will I know which is my parking space?

For questions regarding parking, please consult Telpark's Help section.

Is it possible to change the application language?

To change the application language, go to Menu (top right icon) > Settings > Change language.

Where is the main entrance?

The main entrance is located on the corner of Mallorca street and Jaume I street.

Are elevators available?

Yes, exclusively available for people with reduced mobility.

How many emergency doors are there?

We have 31 emergency doors with signposted exits to the outside and strategically distributed throughout the premises in case of emergency.

Is it possible to access with animals?

Access to the premises with animals is NOT allowed.

How far in advance can I get access?

We are unable to determine this, you can check the event schedule on our website "www.tarracoarena.com".

Is there an entrance for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the entrance for people with reduced mobility is located in c/Mallorca where the access for personnel is located.

Can chairs be brought to a concert?

No, it is not possible to access the premises with personal chairs.

Is it possible to carry lightsticks?

No, it is not possible to access the site with lightsticks.

Is it possible to access the site with a baby stroller and where can I leave it?

It is not recommended, since we do not have an area or space to deposit the baby carriage.

Can I access with a personal camera, is it allowed to take pictures inside the premises?

Yes, it is allowed to take photographs and access with personal photographic objects.

Who can I contact if I have lost my cell phone?

San Miguel Tarraco Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings lost in its premises. You can contact us via email at info@tarracoarena.com explaining us what happened, with the description of the lost object, and in case it is still in our facilities we will contact you.

Services

Is there a lost and found service?

All lost objects found after any event are kept for two months and, if after that period of time no one claims them, they will be handed over to charities. In the case of personal/official documents (ID cards, passports, cards, etc.) they will be handed over to the Guardia Urbana if after a few days no one has claimed them.

On the other hand, you can send an email with a description of the lost object to info@tarracoarena.com .

Is smoking allowed inside the premises?

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises, but we do have outdoor smoking areas marked on the premises.

Do you have a smoking area?

Yes, we have smoking areas properly signposted on the premises and available to all our users located outside.

Do you have a closet?

In general terms, this service is not available, except on special occasions.

How much is the checkroom and is it free of charge?

It will depend on the event and the responsible organization.

If I come from abroad, do you offer accommodation?

San Miguel Tarraco Arena does not have its own accommodation but we recommend the facilities of Sbhotels since this is where our artists stay, another alternative would be to search for the nearest accommodation.

Where can I find a hotel? Where is the nearest one?

We do not have a platform to book accommodations, but you can do a search with the help of the web browser and it will select the closest to your location. We recommend Sbhotels.

Do you have lockers or spaces to leave backpacks?

We do not have space for personal belongings as we do not take care of them.

Parking

Where can I park?

In the surroundings of San Miguel Tarraco Arena there is a variety of public spaces and Municipal parking available at economic prices, you can also make a reservation in advance at Telpark.

Where are there parking spaces for people with reduced mobility?

In the surroundings of San Miguel Tarraco Arena there are parking areas for people with reduced mobility duly signposted.
