What is the official resale program for Tarraco Arena?
Official resale is the Tarraco Arena secondary ticket market: a place where fans can buy and sell tickets they won't be using among themselves.
If you bought tickets but ultimately can't attend, you can list them for sale from your account on the same ticketing platform where you purchased them. That way, a ticket that would otherwise go unused gets a second chance: someone else gets to enjoy the event, and you don't lose your money.
Everything takes place within the official framework, without external intermediaries, and with safeguards for both the seller and the buyer.

How does it work?
Putting your tickets up for sale is very easy. It only takes four steps.
1. Log in to your account
Log in to "My Tickets."
2. Select your tickets
Select the ticket(s) you won't be using and click the "List for Sale" or "Secondary Market" option. In the Tickets > Sale section, add your IBAN so you can receive payment for the tickets once they're sold.
3. Set the price
The system will guide you step by step through the process of listing them for sale.
4. Let someone else enjoy your tickets
As soon as another user purchases your tickets, you will receive confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer to your IBAN. You will receive the money after the concert. Your original tickets will be canceled, and new ones will be issued to the buyer.

The official resale system operates within the same platform where the tickets were originally issued. When a ticket is sold, the original ticket is voided and a new one is generated for the buyer. This means that the same ticket cannot be used twice.
