General Conditions
These General Terms of Contract (which we'll call 'General Conditions' or GC) explain how you can access and use our website at tarracoarena.com. Just by visiting the website, you become a user (or 'the User') and agree to everything in these General Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't buy any tickets through our Sales Channels. By accepting these General Conditions, you're saying that:
- You've read, understood, and grasped everything in this document.
- You're legally able to enter into a contract.
- You'll take on all the responsibilities outlined in this document.
1. GENERAL INFO
Tarraco Arena can cancel any transaction and/or close your account if we have reasonable suspicions, hints, or proof that it broke these General Terms of Use, and we might do it without telling you beforehand.
Tarraco Arena also has the right to cancel tickets if they reasonably believe the purchase was fraudulent.
You agree to protect Tarraco Arena from any claims, fines, penalties, or sanctions they might have to deal with if you don't follow the usage rules we mentioned. They also reserve the right to take any legal action they deem necessary.
2. LINKED CONTENT AND SERVICES
Our website might have links that take you to other pages not promoted by Tarraco Arena. Because of this, we can't be held responsible for any problems those pages might cause you or others, like if they're illegal, low quality, outdated, unavailable, incorrect, or just not helpful. Still, Tarraco Arena does its best to prevent these situations and will remove any problematic links as soon as we find out about them.
3. BOOKING CONDITIONS
You can check out the main details for all the shows and events Tarraco Arena offers right on their description pages on our website.
Buying tickets is subject to these General Conditions, any special terms and conditions we publish on the website or include in your purchase confirmation email, and sometimes, the terms and conditions of the event organizers or promoters, which you can usually find on their own websites.
You can complete your contract in Spanish (Castilian), and in other languages too, if that option is offered.
3. TICKET SALES
Our website guides you through the purchase process, and before you finalize anything, you'll always see all the details about the final price, including a breakdown of taxes, any extra fees, or discounts you might qualify for.
To buy tickets, you just need to use a valid email address. The details you give us during the purchase won't be stored as registered user info, but we will handle them according to personal data protection laws. You can read our Privacy Policy and cookie consent here.
If your purchase is successful, you'll see a confirmation on your screen, along with a unique locator number for your purchase. You'll also get a purchase confirmation email sent to the address you gave us.
You can print your tickets yourself or download them to your phone's Wallet, either from the confirmation screen or the purchase confirmation email. Just a heads-up, you're solely responsible for making sure all the details you provide are correct and accurate.
Tarraco Arena simply helps sell tickets; we don't actually control the shows or events, how many tickets are available, or any delays, cancellations, or other problems that might lead to a complaint (like visibility, sound quality, or accessibility). If you have any complaints about an event, whether it's happening, suspended, changed, or canceled, you'll need to contact the organizer directly and show them your ticket.
To keep things fair, and sometimes because a show is super popular, there might be a limit on how many tickets you can buy with a single credit card. For any events where this applies, we'll always do our best to let you know.
Also, reselling tickets is not allowed, according to current rules. If you resell tickets, or try to sell them illegally, your tickets could be taken away or canceled without any refund or other compensation.
4. PAYMENT PROCESS
When you're buying tickets, you'll need to fill in the necessary details and choose one of the payment options available. Our ticket system uses a secure server and encryption to keep things safe. Just so you know, purchases might also go through some verification and security checks.
5. PRICE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
The prices you see for each ticket generally include VAT (Value Added Tax) and any other direct taxes, unless we say otherwise. And just so you know, all prices are in Euros (€).
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user needs to make sure, before buying, that all the info they've entered is correct, because once you've bought your tickets, you can't get a refund. Not being able to make it to the show or making a mistake when buying tickets aren't reasons for a refund. Tickets can only be canceled if there are technical or operational problems caused by Tarraco Arena.
So, you won't be able to use your right to withdraw or cancel, as consumer laws don't cover services related to leisure or entertainment activities. This is all based on Article 103 of the revised General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other related laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, from November 16.
7. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Just for your general awareness, we want to let you know that Tarraco Arena has a video surveillance system inside its facilities. This is purely for everyone's safety and to keep an eye on the areas where events are happening.
When you enter the venue, you might be subject to a search, as required by law. You can't bring in anything the organizers consider dangerous, plus there are these other rules:
- No e-cigarettes or vapes are allowed anywhere in the venue.
- You can't bring in any food or drinks bought outside the venue.
- People wearing sports clothes or shoes won't be allowed in.
- No one wearing paramilitary clothing will be allowed in.
- Sorry, no bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed.
- Also, no one in costumes or face paint for the occasion can come in.
On top of everything we've already mentioned, you can only get in if you have a complete ticket that's in good condition.
Once you leave the venue, your ticket rights are gone.
It's up to the organizers whether they let you in once the event has started.
You can't bring food or drinks into the venue, unless you have allergies or intolerances. If so, you'll need to tell the organizers beforehand by emailing info@tarracoarena.com. They'll check the special conditions and sort out the necessary permission.
8. EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Tarraco Arena doesn't control if events get paused or canceled; that's totally up to the organizer. So, if you have any issues about a canceled event, you'll need to talk to the organizer directly and show them your ticket.
9. REFUNDS
If you need to claim a refund, Tarraco Arena will be the one handling it.
Once you've bought your ticket, we can't do exchanges or refunds. You'll only get your money back if an event is canceled.
If an event is canceled, you can ask for a refund within 30 days from when the cancellation was publicly announced. Just follow the instructions the organizer sends via email. We'll only refund the ticket price; other costs like booking fees, hotels, travel, meals, etc., won't be refunded.
We won't refund your ticket if a concert is canceled, paused, or changed once it's already started due to unexpected events or things out of our control. Also, we can't replace your ticket if it's lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed.
It's your job to read up on and understand the details and special bits about each event.
10. INVALID OR INEFFECTIVE CLAUSES
If any part of these General Conditions is found to be totally or partially invalid or ineffective, it will only affect that specific part. The rest of these Conditions will still be valid. The affected part will be treated as if it was never there.
11. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Conditions, which you can find on our website, might be updated by us publishing a new version.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions will be guided and understood according to Spanish law. This includes, among others, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and the current regional rules of where the contract was made.
Any disagreements will be handled by the Courts and Tribunals in Tarragona. You can also file a claim in your home city, as per the applicable laws.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
A 'cookie' is a tiny file that gets saved on your computer, tablet, smartphone, or any other device, holding info about your browsing. All these 'cookies' together help us make our website better and let us know which pages you find helpful and which ones you don't.
This website uses cookies and similar tech that store and grab info while you're browsing. Generally, these technologies can do all sorts of things, like recognizing you as a user, gathering info about your browsing habits, or customizing how content appears for you.
TYPES OF COOKIES
The info we're giving you next will help you get a handle on the different kinds of cookies:
- First-party cookies: These are cookies sent to your device from our own systems or domains, which we use to provide the service you've asked for.
- Third-party cookies: These are cookies sent to your device from a system or domain that isn't managed by us, but by another partner. For example, those used by social media sites or external content like Google Maps.
- Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that stay in your browser's cookie file until you leave the website, so none of them are saved on your computer's hard drive. The info gathered by these cookies helps us analyze website traffic patterns. Ultimately, this lets us give you a better experience by improving content and making it easier to use.
- Persistent cookies: These are stored on your hard drive, and our website reads them every time you visit again. A permanent cookie has a set expiration date, and it stops working after that date. We usually use these cookies to make registration services easier.
- Technical cookies: These are essential for browsing and making sure our website works properly. For example, they help manage traffic and data communication, let you access restricted areas, use security features, store content for sharing videos, or share stuff on social media.
- Personalization cookies: These cookies let you access the service with features already set up based on things like your language, the type of browser you're using, your regional settings, and so on.
