Sopa de Cabra, one of the pioneering and most important bands in the history of Catalan rock, will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2026 with a very special tour that will arrive in Tarragona on the weekend of Santa Tecla: September 18.

Many of their songs, such as Camins, L’Empordà, Si et quedes amb mi, and El far del sud, have become intergenerational anthems and have been part of Catalonia's soundtrack and sentiment over the last few decades. Throughout their prolific career, the group has released eighteen albums, including studio albums and live recordings, among them Ben Endins, the best-selling pop-rock album in Catalan of all time, with over 130,000 copies sold.
