1. NAME AND ORGANIZER

The contest is called "Imagina't" and is organized by Agencia de Publicidad Internacional Catalana, SL, the company that manages CaixaBank Tarraco Arena, hereinafter APICMEDIA, with registered address at C/ Mallorca, 18, 43001 Tarragona and tax identification number B64464332.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Simply participating in the draw implies express acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions; any waiver or action contrary to them will result in the participant's exclusion from the contest and, consequently, APICMEDIA will be released from any obligation that may have been contrary to said participant.

3. OBJECTIVE

The aim of this contest is to promote and raise the profile of emerging artists who contribute to enriching the music scene with new ideas, styles, and musical languages.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All persons who meet the following requirements may participate:

• Solo artists or music groups with a maximum of 3 members.
• Not having more than two albums released.
• They can belong to any musical style (pop, rock, hip-hop, urban music, electronic, or folk).

In addition, candidates must complete the corresponding form, published on the Tarraco Arena website (www.tarracoarena.com), which will be available from February 2 to March 1, 2026, inclusive.

The first 50 registrants who meet the requirements will receive a gift card to use when purchasing tickets for the various events on the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena program:

5. CONTEST MECHANICS

Registration (February 2 – March 1, 2026)
From among the candidates who complete the form, the jury will select the finalists according to the criteria indicated in point 6 of the rules.

The selected artists will perform in a small-scale concert at the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena. The ticket price for these concerts will be agreed between the selected artist and the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena.
The artist will receive 50% of the proceeds from ticket sales, after VAT and copyright fees have been deducted, as a performance fee, via an invoice to be issued to Tarraco Arena.

finalists announcement Starting March 1, finalists will be notified that they have been selected. The list of candidates, along with the score obtained by each one, will be available for consultation by contacting: eventos@tarracoarena.com.

Concerts (May 1 and 2, 2026)
The small-scale concerts will be held on May 1 and 2, 2026. The winner of the contest will be the artist who sells the most tickets for their concert.

Announcement of the winner (May 4, 2026)
On May 4, 2026, the winning artist of the contest will be announced.

Final Prize The winner of the contest will open for an artist with a similar musical style, yet to be determined, who will perform a large-scale concert at the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena.

6. SCORING TO SELECT THE FINALISTS

The finalists will be selected using a weighting system based on the evaluation criteria set out in the Specific Terms and Conditions of the ICEC Grant for Live Music Programming.

In addition, the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena organization will take the following elements into account:

• Residence in the province of Tarragona.
• Number of followers on social media.

7. DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and in accordance with current Spanish legislation, participants are informed that the personal data provided on the registration form will be processed by Tarraco Arena, as the data controller, for the purpose of managing participation in the contest, verifying compliance with the requirements, communicating the results, and, where applicable, awarding the corresponding prizes.

The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the interested party, granted by participating in the contest and accepting these legal terms and conditions.
The data will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally required or when necessary for the proper management of the contest and delivery of the prize.
The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the legally required periods.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability of their personal data at any time by sending a written request to: eventos@tarracoarena.com.

8. IMAGE RIGHTS

Participants expressly authorize TARRACO ARENA to capture, reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate their image, name, and/or voice obtained as a result of their participation in the contest, including the award ceremony, for use in promotional, advertising, and/or informational activities related to the contest, through any medium or format, without territorial or temporal limitations and without the right to any financial compensation, as such transfer is made free of charge and in accordance with current regulations.

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions, as well as express consent for the processing of personal data and the transfer of image rights under the terms described herein.
