Tickets

How can I get my tickets without having to go anywhere?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website www.tarracoarena.com Once purchased, you can download the PDF and bring it on your phone for access or print it out. 

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices can change depending on the event. For more info, check out our website www.tarracoarena.com 

If I bought tickets online, do I need to wait in line?

Yes, it is necessary to verify the authenticity of tickets by checking them. Some shows offer "Early Access" tickets, but if so, you can select this option at the time of purchase.

Can I change seats during the show?

No, you can't change seats unless they're not numbered and there's an empty spot available.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, but only at physical points of sale: the Parc Central information point during shopping center hours and at the Tarraco Arena box office, available 2 hours before each event.

What happens if a concert gets cancelled?

Just so you know, CaixaBank Tarraco Arena doesn't control event suspensions or cancellations. That's all up to the organizer/promoter. So, if you have a complaint about a cancelled event, you'll need to contact the organizer/promoter directly and show them your ticket.

How will I know if a concert is cancelled or postponed?

We will contact you via email at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. You can also contact us at info@tarracoarena.com.

Is it necessary to bring a printed ticket, or is it sufficient to show it on your cell phone?

No need, your phone is totally fine!

Can I change my seats after I've paid?

For some events, at the time of purchase, you have the option to purchase a "flexible ticket." All tickets associated with the Flexible Ticket option allow you to request a credit code for the value of your tickets in case of a mistake or if you are unable to attend. If you have any questions, please contact us via email (info@tarracoarena.com) and we will assist you in any way we can.

If I can't attend, can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, the tickets are not nominative.

How long does it take to get the tickets?

Tickets are received immediately after payment. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account and view all the tickets you have purchased there. If you cannot find them, please contact info@tarracoarena.com .

Do you have tickets for people with limited mobility?

At all our events, you will find specific seating for people with reduced mobility.

Kids

Are minors allowed?

Yes, they will pay the admission price from 2 years of age. 

Can a minor enter with an adult who isn't their legal guardian?

Yes, the parent or legal guardian must designate another responsible adult by means of a duly completed authorization form. Download the authorization form. 

How can I obtain access authorization for minors?

You can download it at this link.

Schedule

What time do the doors open before a show?

Each show has its own schedule. You can check it out on our website "www.tarracoarena.com or by contacting us through social media like Instagram, Facebook, or by email at info@tarracoarena.com .

If the show has already started, can I still get in?

If the event has already started, we can't guarantee you'll be able to get in. It really depends on each organizer, promoter, and the specific show.

Can you leave and re-enter the venue during a concert?

Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What time do the doors open for entry?

Opening times are determined depending on the event. For more information, please check the opening times in the description of each event.

The Venue

What events can be organized at the Tarraco Arena?

We host all sorts of events like corporate gatherings, conferences, fancy gala dinners, themed parties, shows, fairs, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, sports events, and more! Check out our archive or the event types section to see all the events we've Completed.

How many people can fit here?

Our maximum capacity is 10,800 people.

How many emergency doors do we have?

We have 31 emergency exits to the outside, which are clearly marked and strategically located throughout the premises.

Where's the main entrance?

Depending on the event, the entrances on C/Mallorca and/or Jaume I will be open.

Can I smoke and/or use e-cigarettes?

No. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in the expulsion of offenders. 

Where are the restrooms?

The restrooms are on the ground floor.

Can I dance in the stands?

You can totally dance in the stands or in the seating area on the floor (for concerts set up that way), as long as most of the crowd is dancing too.

But if most people prefer to stay seated, we'll ask you to do the same out of respect for everyone. And please, no dancing on the seats or stairs!

Thanks for understanding that in these situations, for everyone's safety and comfort, we go with what most of the crowd is doing.

Security

Is there security throughout the whole event?

Yep, our security team keeps an eye on the event at all times.

Where can I find security staff if I need help?

You'll find them at the entrances and spread out inside, depending on the type of event. 

Ticket Booths

Where are the ticket booths? What are their hours?

Tarraco Arena has a ticket office located on Calle Mallorca, on the corner of Calle Jaime I. These ticket offices will only be open on event days.

Opening hours will depend on the event, but normally 2 hours before the start of the event. The ticket offices will close when the concert begins.

Members App

How can I sign up?

When you download the app, you will see a home pagethat will ask you to enter your phone number to create an account. Then, just follow the steps and enjoy our app. 

What's my member number?

Your member number is the phone number you used to sign up. You can find it in the 'Members > Card' section.

How do I update my details?

To update your details, just go to the App > Menu (the icon at the top right) > Settings > Personal Data > Edit the info you need to change > Save.

What if I forget my password?

Our app works with SMS verification codes, so you don't actually need to create a password.

Who should I contact if I can't access my account?

How does parking work from the app?

By tapping the parking icon, you can find the closest parking spots to you and book them using the Telpark platform.

Can you change the app's language?

To change the app's language, just go to Menu (that icon at the top right) > Settings > Change language.

What benefits do I get with the Tarraco Arena app?

All Tarraco Arena members (those who use the app) will be the first to hear about the latest news from the venue. They will also enjoy exclusive discounts on many of our shows and will have fast-track access to the venue for certain events. 

Access

Do you have elevators?

Yes, there is an elevator for staff use only. During events, it is not available to the public or people with reduced mobility, as it cannot be used in an emergency for safety reasons. The elevator goes to the top of the stands, so you would still need to go down a flight of stairs to access the stands. 

Can you bring animals inside?

Sorry, but you're NOT allowed to bring animals into the venue.

What is the access like for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the entrance for people with reduced mobility is located on Mallorca Street.

Can you bring chairs to a concert?

No, you can't bring your own chairs into the venue.

Can you bring lightsticks?

Nope, lightsticks aren't allowed inside the venue.

Can you bring a baby stroller into the venue? And where can I leave it?

It's not really recommended, because we don't have a special spot or area for you to leave your baby stroller. 

Can I bring my own camera? And is it okay to take photos inside the venue?

Reflex cameras, professional cameras, video cameras, tablets, or laptops are not permitted. Only compact cameras with removable lenses are allowed. 

Who should I get in touch with if I've lost my phone?

CaixaBank Tarraco Arena isn't responsible for personal items lost at our venue. But you can email us at info@tarracoarena.com to tell us what happened and describe your lost item. If we find it, we'll get in touch!

Can I bring food or drinks inside the venue?

Persons carrying food and/or beverages purchased outside the premises are prohibited from entering, as stated in the conditions of admission.

Services

Do you have a lost and found?

Any lost items found after an event are kept for two months. If no one claims them by then, we'll donate them to charity. For personal or official documents (like ID cards, passports, or bank cards), if they're not claimed after a few days, we'll hand them over to the local police (Guardia Urbana). 

Alternatively, you can also send an email explaining what happened and describing your lost item to  info@tarracoarena.com.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Generally, this service isn't available, except for special occasions. 

How much does the cloakroom cost? Is it free?

It depends on the event and the organizers.

Do you have lockers or designated spaces to leave your backpacks?

We don't have spaces for personal items, as we can't take responsibility for them.

Parking

Where can I park?

You'll find lots of public parking spots and affordable Municipal car parks around CaixaBank Tarraco Arena. Plus, you can even book your spot ahead of time with Telpark. 

Where are the accessible parking spots?

You'll find clearly marked parking spots for people with reduced mobility all around CaixaBank Tarraco Arena.
