Where can I buy tickets?
You can grab tickets from a few different spots, but we usually recommend these common ones:
- You can find it online on the CaixaBank Tarraco Arena website.
- Right at the Tarraco Arena Box Office, starting 2 hours before the event.
- At the official sales point inside Parc Central shopping center, you'll find it at the Information Desk.
How can I get my tickets without having to go anywhere?
You can buy tickets online through our website www.tarracoarena.com and print them out.
If I've bought tickets but can't make it on the day of the event, will I get my money back?
Sorry, but according to our sales policy, we don't offer exchanges or refunds.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket prices can change depending on the event. For more info, check out our website www.tarracoarena.com
Can I get in earlier if I pay extra?
If that's an option, it'll depend on the event organizers. You might also be able to do it with your membership card/app.
If I bought tickets online, do I need to wait in line?
Yep, we need to check your tickets to make sure they're real.
Can I change seats during the show?
No, you can't change seats unless they're not numbered and there's an empty spot available.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, but only at physical sales points like Parc Central and the venue's box office, which opens 2 hours before each event.
What happens if a concert gets cancelled?
Just so you know, CaixaBank Tarraco Arena doesn't control event suspensions or cancellations. That's all up to the organizer/promoter. So, if you have a complaint about a cancelled event, you'll need to contact the organizer/promoter directly and show them your ticket.
How will I know if a concert is cancelled or postponed?
We put all the info we get from the organizer/promoter on the event page. If you can't find what you're looking for, we suggest checking “www.tarracoarena.com” or getting in touch with info@tarracoarena.com.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket, or is showing it on my phone enough?
No need, your phone is totally fine!
Can I change my seats after I've paid?
If you made a mistake buying tickets or can't make it to the show, we're really sorry, but we can't cancel or change your tickets due to company policy.
If I buy a ticket from someone else, is it still valid, or do I need to let you know beforehand?
Tickets aren't assigned to a specific name.

Kids
Are newborns allowed to enter?

Can a minor enter with an adult who isn't their legal guardian?
No, kids under 16 need to enter the venue with a parent or legal guardian. Download the authorization form.
Can a minor buy tickets?
To buy tickets online, you'll need to pay with a card, so it's best if an adult does it. For buying tickets in person, it needs to be with an adult's consent and responsibility.
If I'm coming with a small child, do they need a ticket?
Kids up to 2 years old can come in without a ticket. If they're going to take a seat, though, they'll need one. Make sure to check the general conditions, as it can depend on the event.

If the event has already started, we can't guarantee you'll be able to get in. It really depends on each organizer, promoter, and the specific show.
Can you leave and re-enter the venue during a concert?
Due to city regulations, you can't re-enter during a concert. This helps us avoid misunderstandings and keep things peaceful for our neighbors.
What time do the doors open for entry?
The door opening time depends on the event. For more info, you can check the opening time in each event's description or in the Tickets section of the App.
How early can I enter?
It depends on the event and its set schedule.
How early should I get there before the event starts?
We recommend arriving at least an hour before.
What are the ticket booths' opening hours?
Ticket booths usually open 1 to 2 hours before the event starts, depending on what's happening. But don't worry, you can also grab your tickets at the official sales point located at the Information Desk in Parc Central shopping center.

Where can you find us?
You'll find us in Tarragona, right between Mallorca, Ibiza, and Jaume I streets.
What kinds of events do you host?
We host all sorts of events like corporate gatherings, conferences, fancy gala dinners, themed parties, shows, fairs, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, sports events, and more! Check out our archive or the event types section to see all the events we've Completed.
How many people can fit here?
Our maximum capacity is 10,800 people.
How big is it in square meters?
The main square is 2,500 m², and the outdoor spaces have over 5,000 m².
How wide is the central plaza?
The central plaza is 55 meters in diameter.
How many seats are there in the stands?
The stands have room for 4,974 people.
How many emergency doors do we have?
We've got 31 emergency exits that lead outside, all clearly marked and placed strategically around the venue for any emergencies.
Do you have elevators?
Yep, CaixaBank Tarraco Arena has an elevator, plus a service lift.
Can the space be adjusted for smaller and medium-sized events?
Yep, we offer different ways to split up the space, depending on what you need. For more info, you can check out our MICE section or our corporate events archive to see the kinds of setups we've Completed.
Where's the main entrance?
The usual main entrance is by the Torreón, but for some events, we also open up the entrances on Mallorca and Jaume I streets.
Is there a bar or restaurant?
Yes! CaixaBank Tarraco Arena has food and drinks available at the bar, with a great selection of top-quality options.
Do they open the dome during concerts?
During concerts, the dome stays closed so the neighbors can get some rest.
Where's the best spot to really enjoy the sound at a concert?
The sound quality really depends on the specific concert and their sound system.
What are the seats like?
Our seats are made from reinforced plastic and have a cool, colorful design that looks great on TV. You can check out a picture here.
Where are the restrooms?
The restrooms are on the ground floor.
Can I dance in the stands?
You can totally dance in the stands or in the seating area on the floor (for concerts set up that way), as long as most of the crowd is dancing too.
But if most people prefer to stay seated, we'll ask you to do the same out of respect for everyone. And please, no dancing on the seats or stairs!
Thanks for understanding that in these situations, for everyone's safety and comfort, we go with what most of the crowd is doing.

Is there security throughout the whole event?
Yep, our security team keeps an eye on the event at all times.
Where can I find security staff if I need help?
You'll find them at the entrances and spread out inside, depending on the type of event.
Ticket Booths
Where are the ticket booths? What are their hours?
On concert days, the Tarraco Arena box office is open for tickets! You'll find it on Mallorca Street, at the corner with Jaume I Street. It usually opens 1 to 2 hours before the event starts, depending on the show.
On other days, you can find the ticket booths at the Parc Central Information Point on Floor 0, during the mall's regular opening hours.
Can I buy tickets in person?
Yep, you can buy tickets in person at Tarraco Arena about 1 to 2 hours before the event, depending on the show. Plus, you can also get them physically at the Information Desk on Floor 0 of Parc Central during the shopping center's regular opening hours.

How can I sign up?
Once you download the app, you'll see a home page where you'll need to enter your phone number to create your account. Then, just follow the steps and start enjoying our app!
How long does it take to sign up?
It takes up to 48 hours to verify your account.
How long until my member number is active so I can buy promotional tickets?
Once your account is successfully registered and verified, you'll usually get access to all the app discounts by the next business day.
What's my member number?
Your member number is the phone number you used to sign up. You can find it in the 'Members > Card' section.
How do I update my details?
To update your details, just go to the App > Menu (the icon at the top right) > Settings > Personal Data > Edit the info you need to change > Save.
What if I forget my password?
Our app works with SMS verification codes, so you don't actually need to create a password.

How can I buy food/drinks and skip the line?
You can buy food and drinks through our app by tapping the cup icon > choose what you want > Go to cart > Select payment method > Pay
If I've paid for food/drinks, do I still have to wait in line?
When you order through the app, you'll skip the first line, but you'll still need to queue up to pick up your order.
Where do I go if I've paid for food/drinks?
To pick up your food and drinks, just head to the marked collection points. Their locations might vary depending on the event.
How far in advance can I order food/drinks before the event?
We recommend ordering 1 day beforehand to avoid any confusion or possible hiccups.
How does parking work through the App?
By tapping the parking icon, you can find the closest parking spots to you and book them using the Telpark platform.
Who's responsible if I have a problem with parking?
If you have any questions, just get in touch with Telpark's technical support.
If I book parking, how will I know which spot is mine?

Can you change the app's language?
To change the app's language, just go to Menu (that icon at the top right) > Settings > Change language.

Yes, there are elevators, but they are only for authorized staff.
How many emergency doors do we have?
We have 31 emergency exits that lead outside. They're all clearly marked and spread out strategically around the whole venue, just in case of an emergency.
Can you bring animals inside?
Sorry, but you're NOT allowed to bring animals into the venue.
How early can I enter?
We can't tell you that, but you can always check the event schedule on our website "www.tarracoarena.com”.
Do you have an entrance for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the entrance for people with reduced mobility is located on Mallorca Street.
Can you bring chairs to a concert?
No, you can't bring your own chairs into the venue.
Can you bring lightsticks?
Nope, lightsticks aren't allowed inside the venue.
Can you bring a baby stroller into the venue? And where can I leave it?
It's not really recommended, because we don't have a special spot or area for you to leave your baby stroller.
Can I bring my own camera? And is it okay to take photos inside the venue?
Yep, you can take photos and bring your personal camera gear.
Who should I get in touch with if I've lost my phone?
CaixaBank Tarraco Arena isn't responsible for personal items lost at our venue. But you can email us at info@tarracoarena.com to tell us what happened and describe your lost item. If we find it, we'll get in touch!

Can I bring food or drinks inside the venue?
Bringing outside food or drinks into the venue is not allowed. But if it happens to be permitted for a certain event, you can always check our General Conditions section.

Do you have a lost and found?
Any lost items found after an event are kept for two months. If no one claims them by then, we'll donate them to charity. For personal or official documents (like ID cards, passports, or bank cards), if they're not claimed after a few days, we'll hand them over to the local police (Guardia Urbana).
Alternatively, you can also send an email explaining what happened and describing your lost item to info@tarracoarena.com.

Can you smoke inside the venue?
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.
Do you have a smoking area?
We don't have any designated smoking areas.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Generally, this service isn't available, except for special occasions.
How much does the cloakroom cost? Is it free?
It depends on the event and the organizers.
If I'm coming from out of town, do you offer accommodation?
CaixaBank Tarraco Arena doesn't have its own lodging, but we totally recommend Sbhotels – it's where our artists usually stay! You could also do a quick search to find other nearby places to stay.
Where can I find a hotel? Which one is the closest?
We don't have a platform for booking accommodation, but you can do a search using your web browser, and it will show you the closest ones to your location. We recommend Sbhotels.
Do you have lockers or designated spaces to leave your backpacks?
We don't have spaces for personal items, as we can't take responsibility for them.
