Regulations for minors

Information on everything necessary regarding the access of minors to our premises.

ACCESS LIMITATIONS FOR MINORS

In accordance with the law of the Regulation of Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities, Decree 112/2010, Article 53:

  1. Minors are prohibited from entering the following establishments or spaces open to the public, public shows or recreational activities:A) In gambling and betting establishments, in accordance with the provisions of their specific regulations.
    B) In establishments where activities of a sexual nature are carried out.
  2. Persons under 16 years of age are prohibited from entering discotheques, nightclubs, dance halls, dance halls, music bars, concert halls, concert cafes and theater cafes, except when there are live performances and they are accompanied by parents or guardians. In this case, at the end of the performance, minors may not remain in the establishment.
  3. In public shows and recreational activities where the entry of minors is allowed, the regulations that impose certain restrictions for their protection must be complied with in any case, and in any case the following rules: Those related to the protection of health.
    Those related to the prohibition of the use of recreational machines with prizes or machines of chance.
    Those relating to time limitations affecting minors.
    Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering special regime establishments.

    Persons under 14 years of age are prohibited from entering youth discotheques. Excluded from this prohibition are music restaurants and nightclubs with shows and concerts for children and young people.


    It is essential:


    -
    Present the ID card or passport or family book of the minor (if available) and the accompanying adult.
    -Fill in the following document and hand it in at the access to the hall (Download).

    Under no circumstances may a minor under 16 years of age enter without an accompanying person and without the form filled out with the accompanying person's information.
    We recommend bringing the completed document to avoid unnecessary waiting at the entrance.
