El Kanka just surprised us with a new album! Last night, out of nowhere, he dropped an album called Las Canciones. It's a super chill acoustic album with just his guitar and voice. He's re-recorded 11 of his songs like 'Volar', 'Querria', 'Del miércoles al martes', and there's even a brand-new track called 'Los Soñadores'.

“'Las Canciones' is a minimalist album. It's basically just guitar and vocals. That's how the songs sound when they're first created, and that's how I still perform them today…” 

El Kanka is one of Spain's most loved and well-known musicians. His style blends genres like singer-songwriter, pop, rumba, and flamenco, making his music stand out with its fresh vibe, deep emotions, and unique storytelling. With his latest album, he really captures that nostalgic feeling of when these songs first came out, all while keeping his signature authentic sound.

The 'Las Canciones' tour kicks off this weekend! It's starting in his hometown, Malaga, and will travel through various Spanish cities before wrapping up in Tarragona on May 24th at the Palau Firal i de Congressos.
