Last November, we teamed up with Seat Baycar at San Miguel Tarraco Arena to put on the Expo Auto Fair. There were about 90 vehicles and 20 motorcycles with unbeatable prices, all ready for buyers and motor enthusiasts to check out.

The Fair also had a shopping area where attendees could find what they needed and ask questions. All the different sections were really well organized, with plenty of room to check out each vehicle. The 2,500m2 central square is just perfect for these kinds of events. Its round shape makes everyone feel like there's lots of space and it's super comfy.

What's more, we've got 10 access points to the central square, which really ups the security, makes it easy for people to get around, and helps vehicles move smoothly. The lighting in the hall is super impressive and really makes the metallic paint on every car pop, giving them a perfect and spotless look.

As you can see, here at San Miguel Tarraco Arena, we're super flexible and can adapt to any kind of event – think fairs, conferences, fancy dinners, product launches, or corporate gatherings. This particular time, it all kicked off with an unexpected idea we wanted to pitch to the client, and honestly, everything went perfectly from the moment we started planning the Fair right up to the event itself.

The turnout was exactly what we hoped for, with over 15,000 people visiting Expo Auto in just 3 days!

The communication campaign we ran on our social media really helped too! It wasn't just about the scheduled posts, but also the awesome designs and website, all put together by our agency.
