A very Mediterranean event
Spring is coming, and with it, lots of top-notch corporate events, activities, concerts, and shows that will make the San Miguel Tarraco Arena buzz! We're super proud that they've all chosen us for their events, as San Miguel Tarraco Arena is a cozy, innovative, and versatile space that can host any kind of event you can imagine.
As you know, periodically we give you a first-hand, detailed look at some of the events that have taken place at San Miguel Tarraco Arena. We want you to regularly stay updated on all the activities we organize and get a closer look at the events we've hosted at our venue.
In this edition, we want to tell you about the corporate event we organized last May 2016 for a well-known French company. They wanted to celebrate their anniversary in a large, unique, and promising venue like the San Miguel Tarraco Arena.
We hosted over 1000 people at this event, and we planned every single detail just for them. Our guests had a super comfy time and absolutely loved our services, making it a truly unique and unforgettable experience!
The event kicked off with a delicious welcome cocktail. Guests gathered in the Central Plaza, which was transformed into a grand luxury lounge where our entire catering and technical team was waiting to welcome them to our venue. Matching the company's corporate colors, the floor was covered with a navy blue carpet, and white tablecloths were used to make the Plaza shine.
The Central Plaza was divided into different areas: first, in the Toriles zone, there was a magnificent stage, well-equipped with sound, lighting, and a large screen, where a fantastic musical show was performed. Right in front of the stage, there was a big square bar that served drinks and cocktails throughout the event, ensuring our guests enjoyed top-quality products.
Surrounding the main area, our catering team offered a huge buffet where attendees could savor our unique cuisine with fresh products chosen by the client. The buffet was super varied and organized into islands, each offering unique local products. Each zone was also decorated with elements of local gastronomy, adding charm and creating a cozy atmosphere with lots of personality.
In the central area, on both sides of the bar, there was a section with small tables where guests settled in to enjoy our buffet. Finally, on the other side of the Plaza, there was a chill-out zone with comfy sofas and white pallets where, after dinner, guests could sit back, relax, and fully enjoy the event and the musical show.
Without a doubt, attendees got to enjoy an evening full of surprises, where our organizing team did an amazing job adapting the San Miguel Tarraco Arena to fit the needs and vibe of the occasion. We hope to host many more events like this!
