A very Mediterranean event
Spring is coming, and with it many corporate events, activities, concerts and first-class shows that will make the San Miguel Tarraco Arena vibrate. We are very proud that all of them have chosen us to hold their events because the San Miguel Tarraco Arena is a cozy, innovative and multipurpose space that allows to organize any type of event that is proposed.
As you already know, periodically we give you first-hand and in detail some of the events that have been taking place at the San Miguel Tarraco Arena. We want that, periodically, you are aware of all the activities we organize and that you know from a closer point of view events that we have hosted in our facilities.
In this edition we want to tell you about the corporate event we organized last May 2016 for a well-known French company that wanted to organize its anniversary in a large capacity, unique and promising space such as the San Miguel Tarraco Arena.
The event was attended by more than 1000 people and was organized in great detail. The clients enjoyed the event in comfort and were delighted with our services that made the event a unique and unforgettable experience.
The event began with a tasty welcome cocktail. The clients were placed in the Central Plaza, transformed into a large luxury lounge where the entire catering team and technicians were waiting to welcome them to our facilities. In keeping with the company's corporate colors, the floor was dressed with a navy blue carpet and white table linen to highlight the Plaza.
The Central Plaza was divided into different spaces: firstly in the area of Toriles, there was a magnificent stage well equipped with PA system, lighting and a large screen, where a magnificent musical show was offered. Just in front of the stage there was a large square bar that served drinks and cocktails throughout the event to enjoy our customers with top quality products.
Surrounding the space used, our catering team offered a large buffet where attendees could taste our unique cuisine with fresh products chosen by the customer. The buffet was very varied and was organized by islands, which offered unique products of our land. Each area was also decorated with elements of the local gastronomy that decorated and created a cozy atmosphere with a lot of personality.
In the central area, on both sides of the bar, there was an area with small tables where customers were accommodated to savor our buffet. Finally, on the other side of the Plaza, there was a chill out area with large sofas and white pallets in which, once dinner was over, customers could sit and relax, and thus finish enjoying the event and the musical show.
Undoubtedly, the attendees enjoyed an evening full of surprises, where our organization team did a great job to adapt the San Miguel Tarraco Arena according to the needs and personality of the occasion. We hope to organize many more events like this one.
