In March 2017, the San Miguel Tarraco Arena transformed into a luxurious hall to host 3,000 people for a magnificent gala dinner for a French company. It was a tailor-made event where every space was adapted to the client's needs, offering a truly unique experience.
We seated 1,800 people across the 2500 m² central floor, which was completely covered with carpet specially chosen for the occasion. Plus, the second gallery was set up to welcome another 1,200 guests, making the event feel truly grand. Red and yellow ribbons tied to each chair, along with a small bouquet of red flowers as a centerpiece, created a perfect setting with simple yet elegant decor.
Guests enjoyed a delicious appetizer followed by a tasting menu provided by San Miguel Tarraco Arena, specially prepared and customized for the event. Dishes were served smoothly, as the waiters organized the distribution so no one had to wait.
The dinner's atmosphere matched the city's Mediterranean climate, thanks to the retractable dome. It opened and closed, letting guests glimpse Tarragona's sky through its 40-meter diameter.
A stage was set up for a musical show that entertained everyone throughout the evening, creating a fun and lively atmosphere among attendees. The lighting and production were fantastic, and the sound was spectacular. Plus, two screens were placed on the sides of the stage so guests further away could easily see the concert.
The night flowed smoothly and dynamically, thanks to the event's great organization and management. Guests got to enjoy an exclusive and unforgettable experience, all thanks to the dedication and care we put into every detail for each of our clients at Tarraco Arena Plaça.
