At San Miguel Tarraco Arena we are once again anticipating your needs by presenting a new format to ensure the continuity of on-site conferences and congresses.

As you may remember, in previous days, we talked about a 360º format, innovative and completely safe for all attendees. A cushion that helped to cushion the message that was said in some webinars: 

"Let's forget about in-person events for now."

This week we continue providing ideas and we bring you a new format, also revolutionary. It involves less investment than the 360º format, but with the same guarantees of success.

The seated Plenary seated seating capacity is approximately 600 attendees, divided between the central stalls and the grandstand. A capacity calculated so that all attendees always maintain the safety distances set by the health authorities.

Each space or area to be occupied will be perfectly delimited and with previous assignment of each seat. The main convenience of San Miguel Tarraco Arena is that we can distribute the different spaces and seats according to the capacity we need, giving enormous flexibility to your project.

And what do we do if we want to improve the congressman's experience?

Our advice is to always take care of the user's sensation, bringing the content of the activity being performed as close as possible to the user.

That is why we have different LED screens that can be installed at any strategic point and integrate a dual audio system distributed throughout the room.

We can generate a closer experience or guarantee a wider range, it's up to you.

What measures do we take in terms of mobility?

At San Miguel Tarraco Arena we always prioritize dealing with people and we know that mobility before, during and at the end of the event will be, from now on, even more important.

The arrival of the congress participant to the city of Tarragona must be organized and with all possible facilities. Once we are in our space, we will ensure a totally staggered and slow access to the venue. A virtual assistant will provide each congress participant with his or her assigned seat once he or she confirms his or her presence at the event. In this way, a QR code will be sent to each person showing them, in a very visual map, which will be their area and assigned seat. Each QR code will indicate the time of entry to the venue, the door number through which to enter and a colored route so that the attendee can comfortably and safely reach his or her seat or table where he or she will attend the event.

During the congress the space will be closed and with mobility limitations. All this always taking into account that each enabled area must have its respective security exits nearby and this is possible in San Miguel Tarraco Arena.

Can we follow the congress from home?

Of course we do. At San Miguel Tarraco Arena we have broadband connection and an Online TV platform that allows to follow all the presentations from anywhere in the world. We are developing our own data processing and distribution center to reach an infinite audience.
