Manuel Fuentes Muixí, better known as Manel Fuentes, journalist, humorist and great Spanish presenter. He was born on January 14, 1971 in Barcelona where he studied Journalism at the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona). He has dedicated his years of career to different media such as television or radio. Now he presents this show, in which he reinvents himself with his new artistic facet.
He assures that it is "a party by fans for fans".
The event will be a tribute to one of the most famous rock artists in the United States, with more than 190 million albums sold and still active: Bruce Springsteen, "The Boss". Known for his work with the E Street Band, as well as being one of the most representative artists of the continent.
He has received 20 Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes and a BFCA award (Broadcast Film Critics Association), one Brit (British Record Industry Trust) and a Juno Award Award to date. He was also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999.
Manel Fuentes & The Spring's Team have been offering energetic and emotional shows for more than ten years, capturing the essence of the concerts of the legendary "The Boss" from New Jersey and spreading it all over the world. The band is composed of eight professional musicians who together with Manel Fuentes make a long tour of more than two hours by the main hits of the American artist during his concerts. All this with the aim of paying tribute to the culture and music of the 80s.
Fuentes' fanaticism for Bruce Springsteen comes thanks to his uncle, who put one of his songs in his car, acknowledges that so far he has been to one hundred of his concerts and already has the ticket for his tour start in Barcelona.
