Last spring we gathered in San Miguel Tarraco Arena1,200 people who participated in a majestic congress of an important German company.

The event took place throughout the morning and to ensure total darkness inside the San Miguel Tarraco Arena we created a blackout effect for the moment, giving a personality and magical touch to the celebration. Enjoying unique experiences in an environment like ours makes every action have a special meaning. For this reason, we take care of every detail of our congresses and the pleasant atmosphere generated in them.

First, the scheduled presentations were held on a stage that we installed with a seating area to ensure maximum comfort for the speakers, accompanied by sensational lighting and sound. In addition, we installed a panoramic screen so that the guests had a perfect view of the moment.

After the presentations of each speaker, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the private outdoor area of the San Miguel Tarraco Arena. For this purpose, we set up different food stands in the purest rustic style to turn the space into a greatoutdoor lunch and also to enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Simultaneously, we converted the central court of the San Miguel Tarraco Arena into a large arcade, with state-of-the-art equipment and materials. This unexpected change for the client was one of the highlights of the congress, creating a fun and exclusive atmosphere.

The weather and the good accessibility of the city of Tarragona was another decisive aspect to choose Tarragona as a destination. In addition to its set of monuments and Roman archeology, which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage list since 2000, being a perfect complement to visit in free time or rest.
