- Children under 1 m tall are not allowed. Children between 1m and 1.20m must be accompanied by an adult, who must purchase a ticket.
- Socks must be worn to enter the park.
- Pregnant women, women with heart disease or other pathologies or injuries that are affected by intense physical activity cannot use the attraction.
- It is not allowed to access the inside of the attraction with drink or food and external objects such as balls or other items.
- Make sure you do not wear any sharp objects, such as necklaces or earrings that could get caught and cause injury or property damage to the park.
- A safe distance from other users must be maintained at all times to avoid possible collisions or footprints.
- No action may be taken that endangers the safety of users. The park reserves the right of admission.
- Big jump park is not responsible for the loss of objects inside the park. It is recommended not to enter the park with cell phones, bracelets, rings or necklaces.
